Ready-made pieces are packed carefully and shipped from the UK. Shipping rates and delivery timings should be confirmed before launch inside WooCommerce shipping settings.

Bespoke commissions are quoted separately, including any delivery or collection arrangements needed for larger pieces.

If something arrives damaged, get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so it can be put right.
